Position: Manager- Strategy Function

About the role:

This is an incredible opportunity to create a strong impact in a role that is both critical and important from the strategic point of view. You will play a key role in enabling decision making at the center. You will drive analytics Projects that touch multiple parts of the company. You will also facilitate cross-functional collaboration to see through the execution of multiple strategic decisions taken at the center. Further, you will assist the CEO in creating internal and external presentations as and when required by the CEO.

Key responsibilities include, but not restricted to the following:

- Drive cross-functional projects cutting across Category, Buying, Retail Operations, Marketing and Finance

- Lead specific projects identified by the CEO

- Define short and long-term strategy for the company across all formats and drive execution

- P&L improvement initiatives

- Part of the core team directly working with CEO

- Bench-marking with peers - process and financial and drive gap resolution

Location: Delhi

Education Qualification

1. Tier 1 MBA Institutes only.

2. 2-5 years of prior work experience in the Retail sector.
