Responsibilities:
- Sales Planning & Budgeting
- Aid team members in achieving their targets
- Team Management
- Prepare monthly and yearly sales plan based on the business plan
- Develop and implement an actionable sales strategy
- Monitor and track revenue achievement at an individual and team level
- Monitor competition (Magus) and develop strategies to maximize market share
- Develop and implement ideas to develop the retail / corporate category as the case may be
- Help and aid in sales closures
- Contribute to ideas and concepts for clients
- Conceptualise and implement monetizable opportunities and motivate team to sell the idea
- Meet and build relationships with key accounts (agencies and clients)
- Monitor, coach and mentor team members to ensure high levels of competence in the team
Job Description
- Ensure that monies are collected on time
- Generate ideas and concepts and create monetizable propositions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies
- Implement processes and systems as developed by the corporate office
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
- Reports to Sales Head
The position expects the person to work with considerable amount of independence and take decisions regarding target achievement.
