Job Description.

Role Purpose -

Prepare on Launch readiness of new initiatives and Products at Stores.

Quality of Operations Quality Targets "Performance on Audit Scores (both internal process/ quality audits and external customer satisfaction audits)

- Audit scores - QnQ, CSAT

- Compliance on document & system management

- # of complaints/ errors regarding documents (document compliance

Retention Retention and churn Retention for walk-in customers (churn%)

Development of new retention strategies for walk-in churn

Customer Service Complaints Management "CSAT target for walk-in customers & % complaint escalations Customer complaints against a channel partner"

People management People development "Training __ days

Training effectiveness (CDI score)"

Employee Satisfaction scores "Employee satisfaction levels within immediate team, HR feedback on timely appraisal and confirmation

Attrition rate "Attrition rate for store, employees (both on-roll and off-roll)

Travel: Should be Open to travel across Tamilnadu for Audit & Operations. Atleast 5 day a month.

Overall

- In Responsible for sourcing manpower and recruiting the staff's for store,

- Positive P & L for the stores

- Drive sales at stores for revenue generation.

- 100% Customer Care delivery at Stores

- Ensure Product & Process knowledge of the team through regular trainings.

- Regular activity at store to improve the walking

- Adhere HSW polices as per company norms.

- Identifying New location for new store role outs - 6 new stores launched.

- Achieving Scores for EQ Audit as per laid targets.

- Audit and assurance on CAF Compliance prepaid and post-paid
