Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage & Drive Business through Trade sales ,distribution channel .
2. Responsible for meeting the budgeted sales targets & profitability of the branch.
3. Responsible for planning & conducting various demand generation activities in the region.
4. Cultivating strong relations with the key accounts/clients for generating leads and developing business.
5. Making presentations to prospective clients to promote the company's products.
6. Effectively utilizing the BTL budgets to create brand awareness.
7. Formulation of various marketing activities including schemes for the branch to increase the channel & consumer base.
8. Effective launching of new products and seeking for appointment of new Dealers/Distributors.
9. Providing effective & timely MIS reports.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Qualifications: MBA
Desired Skills:
1. Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the building material industry or related sectors.
2. 5-8 Years of experience in Core sales role.
3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
5. Attention to detail and strong administrative abilities to manage branch operations efficiently.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
