Description - The Retail Ops Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store. They need to be passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service and driving sales and all KPIs. They will manage inventory, vendor relationships and the hiring/training of employees.

Job Description :

- Forecast and analyse sales based on purchase patters and footfalls to drive profits and achieve targets

- To ensure outstanding presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained

- Establish a credible vendor base to ensure quality and timely delivery of merchandise

- Inventory Management to ensure stock levels at optimal levels at all times

- Oversee the development and implementation of standards of best practice and operating procedure throughout the retail channel

- Encouraging teamwork and motivating employees to think like the customer

- Development of private labels/private brands

- Problem solving ability, high levels of analytical horsepower and a strong bias for action

Profile:

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the retail industry

- Prior experience in developing the Private Label business for the category is mandatory

- Capability to forecast and predict consumer trends and deliver products in line with trends

- Team Management skills - Ability to motivate, manage and inspire the staff

- Ability to multi-task and manage work loads by appropriately delegating tasks
