- Heading top lines sales for the area in line with the business plan

- Minimizing & controlling costs within the budgetary guidelines

- Maximizing operational efficiency and productivity (SPSF, ATV, Conversion & UPT)

- Creating seamless customer service orientation among store employees by ensuring timely and efficient customer service and managing concept stores, merchandise planning and visual merchandising for the area Monitoring inventory management systems within the area (stock availability, order management, back store management, stock consolidation and transfer)

- Consistently maintaining high retail standards throughout the area Furnishing regular product feedback to the senior management, merchandising, and brand departments
