- You will be responsible to ensure the implementation retail strategy in the country. You are also responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the retail network, ensuring that the short-term sales objectives are reached.
Key Responsibilities :
- Store Operations : Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in each store, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service standards. Set up the yearly action plan (roadmap) in line with the brand retail strategy and in charge of its implementation.
- Sales and Performance : Monitoring and driving sales targets, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to boost sales and profitability. Define/reinforce objectives per retail (KPIs) and sales techniques and ensure their realization.
- Training and Development : Providing guidance and training to store managers and staff to
improve product knowledge, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Marketing and Promotions : Collaborating with the marketing team to execute local marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and events to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Inventory and Stock Management : Overseeing stock levels, product assortment, and ensuring appropriate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Customer Experience : Ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all stores within the cluster, addressing customer feedback or concerns promptly.

Experience : 10 - 12 years of work exp. in Sales/Retail operations with
- Minimum 6 - 8 years of exp. of running profit center retail operations in Beauty/ lifestyle/ consumer care Industry
Degree/Diploma : Masters/MBA from top tier university/business school
