Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research on retail trends and property markets to stay ahead of industry shifts and opportunities.
- Location Evaluation: Identify and assess potential retail locations for clients, ensuring they meet strategic business needs.
- Consumer Analysis: Analyze consumer behavior and demographics to support informed leasing decisions and optimize retail placement.
- Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with property owners, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
- Lease Negotiation: Negotiate lease terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements for clients while balancing property and market requirements.
- Client Solutions: Provide end-to-end solutions for clients' retail leasing needs, from initial inquiry to final lease agreement.
- Reporting: Create and present detailed market reports and presentations to clients, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide up-to-date advice and strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail leasing or commercial real estate, demonstrating a successful track record in the industry.
