The position is primarily responsible for specific operational and functional responsibilities and projects as assigned and the successful execution for retail branding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Management
- Design/Develop/Implement Programs/Communication that Ensure the product is in stock and Tracking distribution and sales performance on monthly basis.
- Region wise /Brand wise /Channel Category wise communication tool development for new launch and consistent performance of existing brands.
- Work to develop trade communications - traditional and digital.
- Provide feedback to management on new product launches or re-launch initiatives.
- Coordinating the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content.
- Creating trade marketing plans for individual products and product ranges.
- Manage various shop in shop concepts.
- Develop new retail formats (ROI based models)
2. Activities
- In-Shop visibility, manage retail formats and over view the maintenance of Signanges.
- Responsible for Preview Management.
- Implementation of Display contests & Basis brand calendar and assimilating inputs & proposals from assigned regions.
- Responsible for annual & monthly sales support activities including support for major national BTL in-store activities, new initiatives & launches.
- Monitor implementation of POS as per target channel.
