- Sound understanding of Retail Design in relation to Store/Branch layouts and Visual merchandising.
- Should have worked on Visual Merchandising projects and their articulation.
- Maintain and build on existing guidelines and be a custodian of the design process.
- Have a good understanding of interpreting branch layouts/blueprints and ensuring they comply to standards and also understanding opportunities for visual merchandising and branding
- Leveraging customer research and feedback to optimizing the visual architecture, retail design and processes.
- Deep understanding and appreciation of brand aesthetics and communication.
- Excellent command on all elements of marketing communication and its critical appreciation.
