Developing Customer Relationships:

Product Knowledge and Promotion:

- Inform customers about new products or enhancements to deepen banking relationships.

Sales Initiatives:

- Plan and execute special sales initiatives and events aimed at acquiring new clients or enhancing relationships with existing clients.

Coordination and Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departments or group companies to provide comprehensive banking solutions.

Record Keeping and Complaint Resolution:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and manage customer complaints or queries effectively.

Customer Satisfaction:

- Monitor and track customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring quick resolution of issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Customer Orientation:

- Strong focus on understanding and meeting the needs of HNW customers.

Sales and Cross-Selling Skills:

- Ability to effectively cross-sell banking products and services.

Product Knowledge:

- Familiarity with mutual funds (MF) and insurance products is advantageous.

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with HNW clients and internal stakeholders.

- Capable of planning and executing sales initiatives and events.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

- Ensure strict adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

- Ability to resolve customer complaints and queries promptly.
