Job Role:
- To drive and ensure delinquent customers back into main stream by offering Finance scheme to enable the customers to repay their debts by EMI schemes
- To plan recruit DSA & training, counseling etc
- To ensure fair distribution of business targets to all down the line
- To provide an environment full of energy, excitement, fairness & opportunities to grow and develop, mile-stones and structural levels for their growth
- To address real-time crisis by reviewing the progress
- To develop successors and bench strength
- To ensure timely execution & disposal of quality proposals by down the lines
Relationship managers
- To visit locations for sourcing and disbursal ensuring smooth and transparent Implementation, conceptualize & promote inventions of innovative products
- To push for functional synergies. However ensure that adequate synergies are Maintained amongst various functions of sales, credit & Recovery
- To ensure response to customer's complains, etc
- Follow up and negotiate with the customers consistently and effectively for Faster and efficient disbursement.
- Preparing the MIS for daily receivables and reporting the same to HO office to achieve monthly Sales Targets.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Drive for Results.
- Candidates with MBA/Sales Experience or equivalent qualification will be preferred
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Analytical skills
- Ability to influence people in different departments
- Strong Relationship orientation
- Should be an excellent Team Player
- Knowledge of compliance, policies and procedures preferred
- Passionate & Aggressive in Work.
- Knowledge of Sales
- Knowledge of documentation relating to Sales Process.

- Ability to work on multiple locations.
