Manager- Analytics (Retail Analytics)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Liaise with the client to work on various typical retail analytics projects including customer segmentation, market basket analysis, campaign performance measurement, MMM, MTA, personalization, etc.
- Build & Maintain data product dashboards using visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI
- Automation of dashboard workflows through Oozie
- Generate marketing/financial reports on a fixed cadence based on client requirements
Candidate Profile :
Required : SQL, Python, MS Excel
Good to Have : Tableau/Power BI, Oozie, Shell Scripting, Hive
- Prior Experience of ~2 to 4 years working on retail analytics projects
- Strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability & problem solving skills, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
