Job Description - Reporting in to the Vice President, you will:

- Work on various statistical modeling projects like Customer segmentation based on purchase behavior, Store sale forecasting, in Retail Analytics

- Undertake end to end Analysis like Activity Intensity, Portfolio Segmentation, RFM scoring & probabilistic analysis (Market Basket Analysis)

- Understand the effectiveness of the promotion at Brand level for standalone stores & Malls using general analysis & ANOVA

- Identify potential customers to assist in designing marketing strategies

- Create cross-sell/up sell models for revenue generation

- Create profitability models, deploying all drivers of customer profitability giving insights into revenue, attrition and risk behavior of customers

The Successful Candidate - As the Successful Applicant, you will have:

- An MBA/Masters Degree from a Tier 1 Institute in any Quantitative Discipline like Statistics or Economics

- 7+ Years of Industry Experience with a focus on the Retail Domain

- At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end project handling and project management

- At least 2 years of experience in account management

- Retail domain expertise (mandatory)

- Proficiency in Segmentation and Market Mix Modeling Methodology

- Rich experience in Customer Segmentation, Purchase Behavior Analysis, Loyalty Analysis and Category Planning

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
