RMG Manager
This is an exciting role and would entail you to
- Plan, Forecast and Manage Demand & Supply of resource for each portfolio
- Drive and maintain Employee KPI's at Optimal level
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks for optimal resource engagement (over or under utilization)
- Channelize and moderate resource needs between Recruitment and Delivery team.
- Forecast and provide inputs for potential hiring, training, cross training, upskilling etc.
- Ensure data correctness related to employees including skill set, project mapping, bench, aging, etc.
- Develop operational dashboards including employee KPI's to maintain Resource tracker and records.
- Provide periodical data and meaningful insights to CXO and Leaders regarding
You will be working closely with :
- Our functions and services teams (Creative Services, Technology, Marketing Science, Recruitment Team and Media Services.
- You will also be closely collaborating with Project Management Team and Project Controller.
This may be the right role for you if you have :
- Should have min 8+ years of overall work experience (with min 5 yrs. of relevant experience in Resource Management)
- Min Intermediate level of Excel knowledge and reporting expertise
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building negotiation & interpersonal skills.
- Candidate should be fine to work on client specific working hours (generally 11 AM to 8 PM) IST barring a few projects specific exceptions
- Knowledge of Recruitment and account management
