Manager - Research - Sugar

Looking for experience candidate in Market research and Analysis for commodities like Sugar and Ethanol.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead in-depth research on the Global Sugar and Ethanol markets to gather data and insights on key trends, supply and demand dynamics, price movements, and other relevant factors.

2. Analyze market data and provide accurate and insightful analysis of the Sugar and Ethanol markets.

3. Develop project plans to the research team to develop forecasts and provide recommendations on trading strategies and risk management.

4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including traders, producers, and buyers.

5. Stay up to date with industry news and developments to ensure that research is current and accurate.

6. Present research findings and recommendations to internal and external clients.

7. Responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring new analysts, as well as providing ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities for existing team members.

Experience:

- A minimum of 9 years of experience in commodity research, with a focus on the Sugar and Ethanol markets.

- Strong understanding of market fundamentals, including supply and demand dynamics, pricing, and trading strategies.

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications:

Master's degree in Agriculture economics, Agri Business Management applied statistics, or similar. Masters in agriculture
