Manager - Research Operations

- Our client is a global consulting & technology services firm and they have a clear charter of delivering regular, compelling and targeted research to CIOs and Industry leaders which provides clear guidance on strategic and tactical issues. The Research Operations team is dedicated to enhance the brand in the market and position it as a niche player delivering value by being a business partner in the client's growth journey.

- This role will act as the focal point for all Research operations related matters. This role will be responsible for co-ordination of all research related activities, publishing of the agenda, working across various teams to formulate the agenda, helping Research KPO teams to conduct primary research, work with various teams to enable the website and content creation. This person will also be responsible for creation of various reports for the management and project teams.

Experience :

- Should have project management or program management experience, preferably in a research organization or team.

- Should have worked with primary research teams (both internal and external) in helping formulate surveys and primary research. Should have worked with IT teams in developing websites, content creation of websites, and formulating policies and governance mechanisms for content management on websites.

- Should have worked with business/ industry experts, analysts, technical teams in developing compelling content

- Should have worked with IT teams and helped them develop portals, websites, port content, access enable users and engage in regular maintenance and upgrade of corporate websites.

- Should be aware of regulations around content publishing across the globe, and be able to review content and help re-frame portions of content to suite legal requirements.

- Should also have sound knowledge of anti-plagiarism laws and ensure all content produced internally adhere to these laws.

- Should be able to work with Editing team to frame content framework, policies and processes.

- Should help analysts in interacting and liaising with external vendors, primary/ secondary research partners, marketing and knowledge management teams.

- Should be good in creating reports for management, projects/ programs and internal teams.

- 10 to 15 years of total experience

Required Qualifications :

- Excellent command (written and spoken) over English

- Good communication and listening skills

- Good presentation skills

- Basic understanding of IT, IT industry

- Inter-personal skills, team building skills

- MA / MBA / B.Tech/ MCA
