We seek a candidate with expertise in quantitative research methods to support the Director, M & E and Research in research initiatives. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Undertake quantitative analysis of the available program data to better understand program strategies and make recommendations 2. Support in developing and implementing program research plans (quantitative and qualitative) 3. Support in ethical compliance for program M & E and Research 4. Synthesize learning to contribute to filling knowledge gaps 5. Support in drafting reports, blogs as and when needed 6. Support in drafting research proposals 7. Support in drafting articles for publications 8. Capacity building of internal and external stakeholders in M & E and Research as and when needed MANAGEMENT & REPORTING Report to Director, Monitoring, Evaluation and Research QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 1. Master's Degree in Public Health/Population Studies/Economics/Statistics or allied fields with minimum 5 years' work experience in monitoring, evaluation and research 2. Experience of analyzing quantitative/qualitative data 3. Experience in drafting reports and research articles 4. Publication in peer reviewed journals desirable
