Experience : 10 to 12 yr.s in R & D, Production, QA, handling team of 3-4, strong in planning and execution

Location - Pune/Wai (Satara)

Role : R & D New product development in Polymer domain

Job Description :

1) Manage the day to day activities of a team of researchers whose activities may include devising research methods

2) Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to implement the organization's annual R&D goals and monitor the performance of research projects to ensure targets are met.

3) Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with the external scientific community.

Skills :

In Polymer R&D:

Setting-up laboratory test equipment

Building models and prototypes

Calculating and analyzing test results

Preparing technical specifications and designing prototypes.

Lead the most complex, controversial, or significant research projects

Evaluate findings and prepare detailed reports with recommendations and conclusions
