Job Summary:

- As the Senior Manager R&D, you will be responsible for leading the Research and Development activities for our resin manufacturing company.

- You will oversee the development of new products, improvement of existing products, and ensure that our R&D initiatives align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Lead and manage the R&D team in developing new resin products and improving existing formulations.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product development processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and sales to ensure successful product launches.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and industry trends.

- Manage R&D budget and resources effectively to meet project timelines and objectives.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in product development.

- Mentor and develop R&D team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Preferably PhD in Polymer Chemistry.

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in resin manufacturing R&D, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of resin chemistry, formulation development, and process optimization.

- Proven track record of successfully launching new products in the resin industry.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the resin manufacturing industry.
