Reporting To: Head - R&D
Education : M. Sc Food Technology (CFTRI Mysore or UDCT Mumbai or Good Institute).
Experience (in years) : 8 to 10 years of experience in Research & Development function in Food Processing company.
- Application of domain knowledge : (Food technology / innovation) to convert ideas into product & should have worked on NPD, HACCP, quality assurance, regulatory.
- Focus Products : Bakery Products/ Cackmixes / Ingredients, RTS and spices seasonings etc.
New Product development : Support to NPD team to deliver new products with superior offering.
- Process improvement : Experience or knowledge Improvise / redefine the manufacturing processes to ensure improved and consistent Product quality with reduced costs.
- HACCP Management.
- Competition analysis: Experience or knowledge Identify gaps in the marketplace to improve / develop superior products.
