Manager FP&A - Reporting & MI (Qualified CAs) for an MNC BPO in Pune.

Job Description :

- Should have led transformation initiatives involving report standardization & rationalization for finance function

- Track record of successfully partnering with senior stakeholders (Sr.Director, VP) in a global organization

- Looking for someone who is hands-on and a strong individual contributor with ability to manage small teams

- Should demonstrate influencing skills and thought leadership to facilitate change in reporting processes and artefacts

- Ability to review critical management reports, assure quality and present them to senior stakeholders

- Good user level knowledge of reporting and data presentation tools like Hyperion, SmartView, Excel, PowerPoint.

Candidate Profile :

- CA with 7-10 years of strong experience in management reporting within FP&A domain in an MNC BPO/KPO.

- Should have led transformation initiatives involving report standardization & rationalization for finance function

- Track record of successfully partnering with senior stakeholders (Sr.Director, VP) in a global organization

This is an Individual contributor role.

Comfortable working in the UK shift and with short term travel to US on a need basis.
