Reporting & Analysis Manager


Looking to hire reporting and analytics manager for our client.

Job location - anywhere in India, remote working

- We need someone with experience of managing Reporting and Analysis teams & delivering new structure to help to drive a rapid expansion of our Reporting and Analysis capability.


- Senior Director and Hiring Manager(HM) have to dedicate a large amount of time with junior team members to develop reports, and have to do detailed analysis themselves.


- Sr Director is working in depth with Sales teams on execution, and HM is driving FY23 planning.


- In summary, we need an experienced manager of Reporting and Analysis Teams to pick up this development of the team, reporting analysis structure (capability), and rapidly deliver tools, with only high level input from Sr Director - Revenue Ops and HM.

Must have experience of :

- Managing a Reporting & Analysis Team, and building capability, tools and reporting/analysis/data structure to support the business leadership

- All relevant reporting & analysis tools; PowerBI, Excel PowerPivot, plus recommended tools or platforms, which ideally, the candidate has implemented previously.

- Working knowledge of D365 Customer Engagement & Business Central. These are our business solutions; ideally can configure D365 (can be self-learnt, instead of certified), to be able to lead the team on changes to drive data and process improvements for reporting & analysis.

- Our connected business solutions are; D365 CE (Sales hub & Customer Services hub), D365 Business Central, PowerApps, PowerFlow, PandaDoc, WebAPI, PBI, HubSpot, Azure Data Warehouse, Dataverse data sets, Customer Insights.

- Managing data architecture: foundations have been created, but a consolidated architecture for consolidated data and reuse across reporting and analysis tools is required to make building of Reporting & Analysis supporting tools more efficient, consistent and repeatable.

- Experience of working with Sales, Marketing, Services & Support to provide reporting tools and insights to inform strategy

- Business Analysis experience, & connecting processes between CRM, Marketing Automation, Finance/ERP, Customer Data Platform

Experience - Minimum 10years total experience, with 2-4+ years managing a Reporting & Analysis Team that has delivered new or enhanced Reporting and Analysis structure & capability.

Education : Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science

Reporting to - Director of Business & Sales Operations.

Essential to have :

- Experience of delivering Reporting and Analysis of Enterprise data to Leadership

- Experience of managing a team

- Experience of developing a Reporting and Analysis structure

- Experience of Reporting / BI Visualisation tools to provide automated / on-demand experience to users

- Working with the key Microsoft tools :

a. D365 Customer Engagement

b. Azure & Dataverse

c. PowerPlatform

- Experience of Enterprise Analysis tools or platform

- Experience of using Database / data tools & data manipulation

- Experience of working with apps on the Azure platform

- Integration of systems / data via connectors, customer processes, custom apps
