Position : Manager – Renewals & Share of Wallet

Location - Saket

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for

- Renewal / X-Sell & Upsell target Pan India

- Driving sales constituents (HP, PARTNER, AM, SM, RM, ARM,BDM) to meet Renewal/X-Sell & Upsell Target

- Stitching technology, process, communication & all customer intervention point in the most cost effective manner to drive Renewals, X-Sell & Upsell

- Driving overall loyalty of the customer and enhanced share of wallet through customer engagement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop strategies in consultation with Supervisor & business teams for effective Renewal penetration. Regular interaction with ZM, ARM, Key sales, Ops & technology to develop business of renewals

- Co-create training and awareness initiatives to drive Renewal business generation activities

- Driving X sell business at all customer intervention points

- Campaign Launch and create interest in the campaign

- Implement and execute campaigns at all intervention points

- Field visit with intermediary’s (HPs/Partners) for customer insights

- Regular Campaign Feedback from intermediary’s and offices

- Engage customer and manage the policy life cycle

Measure of Success:

- Renewal % (No of policies & GWP)

- % Of X-sell (GWP & No. of policies)

- % of Up Sell (GWP & No of policies)

- Profitability of the portfolio with cost optimisation

- # Training & awareness sessions conducted

- Track the campaign MOS and report (eg. (Contact, Met & Closed HP/Partner wise)

ELIGIBILITY

- Candidates in Manager role with sales, training and business development experience

- Should have handled at least 100 Crores of Renewal / X-Sell & Up sell business.
