Join our client's dynamic team as a Business Banking Sales Manager / Relationship Manager, where you will be instrumental in addressing the short-term, medium-term, and long-term working capital and term loan needs of businesses through tailored loan products. Your primary focus will be on expanding the loan book and profitability while ensuring minimal delinquency rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Share Growth: Drive growth in designated locations by increasing market share in a competitive landscape.
- Knowledge Enhancement: Continuously deepen your understanding of business finance and loan structuring to maintain a competitive edge.
- Market Insight: Stay abreast of local market trends, financial preferences, and industry practices to effectively structure loans and uncover new opportunities.
- Credit Quality Management: Ensure high credit quality through careful portfolio selection, minimizing the risk of non-performing assets (NPAs).
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, actively monitor collateral to protect financed amounts.
Key Result Areas:
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet sales targets by effectively managing the pipeline and identifying expansion opportunities through market trend analysis and competitor insights, while minimizing client attrition through proactive engagement.
- Client Acquisition: Acquire new clients and enhance business volume through innovative product offerings and cross-selling initiatives. Strengthen customer relationships with efficient turnaround times.
- Portfolio Maintenance: Maintain a high-quality portfolio to minimize NPAs. Monitor overdue accounts and implement effective cost management strategies.
- Operational Efficiency: Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, adhering to pre- and post-sourcing protocols. Contribute insights for sales management information systems (MIS).
