Manager - Regulatory Reporting - BFSI

The following opportunity is with one of the largest financial institutions in the world.

Span of Work Involves:

The span of work covers Management and Regulatory reporting, Variance Analysis, Plan & Forecast, Reconciliations.

Role & Responsibility

The role would involve working closely with all associates who manage Reporting deliverables. The candidate has to be extremely hands on and focused towards timely delivery with absolute accuracy.

- 6+ yrs of experience in Reporting/Accounting domain in MNC / BPO environment (Year 2006 / 2007 qualified – CA / MBA)

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment such as lack of well defined procedures and changing work mix

- Has at least 2+ years experience of handling team; though the role is Manager-IC, the candidate should be scalable to handle team

- Require hands on experience in the areas of Accounting & Reporting in Banking

- US GAAP/IFRS exposure

- Good communication skills - Ability to independently communicate with senior leaders in the business

- Demonstrates a positive attitude while focusing on completing tasks or goals

- A good team player

Work Timings - UK Shift

Reporting will be to the Sr Manager.
