Manager - Regulatory Mapping - Financial Services

Specific responsibilities include -

- Tracking of all relevant regulatory updates/guidelines/notification/circulars issued by regulators;

- Track amendments and updates in statutes and regulations that are relevant to the clients business;

- Research, review, negotiate and make recommendations on legal terms in line with clients business requirement

- Working on the legal and regulatory compliance for broad range of national and international client base;

- Working on creation of compliance databases such as rule library, obligation matrix and compliance checklist;

- Working on preparing compliance memos, reports and client/vendor due-diligence reports;

- working on compliance and risk management software & tools;

- Coordinate and interact with clients to understand their business operations and review existing compliance and business processes and identifying gaps in legal requirement and business processes to establish suitable and efficient compliance framework;

- Research of legal topics;
