Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Company Secretary to build and sustain a robust compliance framework for achieving organisational objectives.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Ensuring and managing RBI, SEBI and other regulatory compliances for the Company

- Identify compliance risks for the NBFC by analysing existing / new products and processes

- Monitor and test compliances by conducting periodic compliance tests and report the results to senior management.

- Apprise the organisation of compliance failures, if any, along with suggested improvement measures to be implemented

- Attend to compliance with directions from other regulators in cases where the activities of the entity are not limited to the regulation/supervision of RBI

- Communicate compliance to regulatory bodies with regards to their inspection reports

- Managing RBI inspection and interaction with the Regulators

- Managing and ensuring best compliance culture within the Company and develop ideas for digitisation of the compliance processes

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to facilitate implementation of compliance requirements.

- Tracking and reporting compliance through automated compliance tools and maintaining compliance records.

- Drafting/preparation of compliance checklists, manuals and other regulatory documentation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Education: CS

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs

- Strong understanding of RBI regulations/directions for Scale

- Based ML, SEBI guidelines, including SEBI LODR requirements

- for high value debt listed companies

- Experienced in handling RBI inspection

- Hands on ensuring and handling compliances with all regulators specifically RBI and their queries from time to time

- Good drafting skills

- Good communication skills
