We have an opening for Manager- Regional Operations & Customer Service Position with a leading Multinational FMCG.
Location- Delhi
The role is responsible for managing Customer Service and Logistics Operations of the Region
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- CFA & Transport Management
- Manage the CFA operation of the Region
- Ensure statutory compliance at CFAs
- Responsible for infrastructure upgradation of CFAs in line with a business need
- Ensure compliance on distribution & quality SOPs
- Source transporters for secondary distribution
- Process payments of CFAs and transporters
- Identify and drive M&P initiatives and service level improvement opportunities
- Stock Management
- Ensure stock replenishment at CFA as per forecast by coordinating with Distribution Planning Manager
- Monitor FEFO & stock freshness at CFAs
- Ensure timely disposal of market return damages & expiries
- Experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Experience
- Handling CFA / Warehouse / Customer Service / Sales Commercial Operations
