Must have experience in Recruitment-Vendor Management
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment required
- Knowledge of key recruiting craft skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management systems.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes to deliver high quality results to the businesses.
- Must have Executive presence to establish credibility with the various businesses, candidates and vendors and have the ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Respond quickly and accurately to questions from various businesses, team and vendors.
- Ability to manage and lead large team; Attract, retain and develop high-caliber team members; create and sustain a positive, collaborative, supportive and innovative environment through regular feedback and mentorship.
