This is regarding job opening with one of our client who is a prominent retail chain with a strong presence in South India across multiple lines of business across Supermarkets/ Cosmetics.
The role : Manager-talent Acquisition
Job Location : Near Silk Board, Bangalore
Qualification/skills :
- Graduation/ Post Graduation with 10-15 years of total experience with good experience in retail sector.
- He/She should have experience in volume/ fresher hiring as well as corporate hiring across levels against tough timelines.
- Candidate must be able to frame recruitment strategies and implement the same.
- Familiarity and confidence in handling multiple sources and social media.
Roles/Responsibilities :
- He/She will be setting the recruitment strategy for the lines of Business working closely with the BU Heads and Hiring Managers.
- He/She will be driving all streams of recruitment including fresher and lateral hiring.
- He/She will be responsible for innovative program design and roll-out/ streamlining of staffing processes, recruitment interfaces, selection tools and metrics
- He/she will be networking with the right talent sources for the retail sector to ensure and ongoing flow of talent
- He/ she should be driving the budget and ensuring adherence to the same
