As a Recruitment Manager, one will manage the entire volume portfolio which is significantly big. One will work with the Director and the CEO to scale this to the next level. She/he will manage Account Managers and Leads and at least 10 customers of Tier1 & Tier2 cadre
Must Have Skills:
Relevant Experience: 6+ yrs
- Product hiring experience should be very strong
- Client engagement should be excellent and should have very good communication and data management skills
- Should have managed a large team (10 at least ) and conducted performance appraisals. This team can be direct ICs and leads as well. Will be helpful if they have hired (built team from the ground up) and fired as well
- Owned up revenue responsibility of at least 2 CR and above and should have been consistent in performance- quarter on quarter
- Hunger and a strong growth mindset, an ability to solve problems and handle the pressure.
