Job Description:

- Reports to: Head of HR Services India.

Qualification: MBA HR

Essential Function 1: Attract, Select and place employees :

- To initiate and complete the hiring request process.

- To implement the recruitment process and provide the right candidate for the right position, expeditiously.

- To coordinate with placement agencies and respective department Heads for interview/selection of candidates.

- To negotiate salary with the candidate and issue offer letter.

Candidate Profile:

Essential Function 2: Joining/ Induction Process:

- To complete Check-in / on boarding formalities of all new executives.

- To organize quarterly Induction program for new recruits in coordination with Businesses / Functions.

- Monitor the adjustment level of new executives through new executive feedback system.

- Coordinate with Technical / Mgmt institutes for summer / winter projects.

Essential Function 3: Performance Management/ Admin:

- Responsible for Performance Management Process implementation at country level aligned with global

- Handle local PM queries and resolve issues in coordination with PM global and local IT

- Performance Management administrator for India Region

Essential Function 4: Administration of Confirmation, Transfers and resignation process :

- To send the probation appraisal form to line managers for the confirmation of new joiners.

- Issue the confirmation / extension letter of probation as per the recommendation of department head.

- To prepare and issue transfer letters and co-ordinate with all concerned department heads to issue relieving letters and complete check-out formalities for separated employees.

- To prepare MIS w.r.t. executives joined, resigned, transfer, Probation Appraisal, summer trainees etc.
