Recruitment Manager

Key result areas of the role

1. Direct recruitment as an Individual contributor for corporate, School Leadership and Niche roles

2. Channel buildup:

- Tie up with education institutes like B.Ed colleges, Arts and Sciences Colleges, Language Colleges, etc. for Campus recruitment of teachers

- Other channel buildup for Skilled and Semi-skilled employees.

- Working with Specialized Vendors where needed

3. Establishing a Robust recruitment practice in the Regional office and Schools

4. Reporting on Recruitment Function

- Define and monitor adherence to agreed SLAs and other recruitment metrics.

Experience and qualification:

Experience: 12 to 15 Years Overall. Minimum of 7 years in the recruitment function.

Candidates who have handled roles involving networking are also preferable.

Qualification: Should be a Graduate from a good pedigree institution. Degree in HR is preferable.

Willingness to travel: 2-5 days a month. Frequency will increase from Dec to Apr

Ideal Candidate:

- A person who has done the entire recruitment process from JD drafting to salary negotiations. Should have handled senior-level positions and worked with senior-level hiring managers.

Purpose of Role:

- The position will be responsible for attracting and selecting the right talent for Client into Partnership with Schools in India.


- This position will also help identify, establish and maintain relationships with reputed colleges/ teacher training institutions and other channels to enable our schools to recruit quality talent from campus recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from job requisition to onboarding

- Work with Hiring Managers to formulate the right JD and obtain a deep understanding of the job and candidate requirements.

- Implement effective talent acquisition strategies. This includes identifying the best channels for sourcing candidates, creating compelling job postings, and establishing efficient screening and interview processes.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Identify and develop sourcing pools, i.e. college campuses, vendors, job boards, professional social media sites, etc.

- Send Daily and Weekly Reports and Publish Recruitment Dashboard

Key Success Factors:

- Closing positions within the agreed SLAs

- Optimized cost per hire

Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's/Master's degree from a reputed college or university
