Job Description :

- Build a relationship with business functions and HR to understand upcoming recruitment needs and gaps
- Work with hiring managers and HR BPs on determining recruitment strategy for the Country; key requirements, and process of filling open and potential vacancies, consult on the talent market, recruitment and selection tools
- Advertise in line with our employer value proposition (EVP) and promote the brand externally, ensuring we have access to and connections with the best possible talent available in our industry and elsewhere.
- Drive quality and change at the country level focusing on continuous process improvement
- Partner with external vendors to drive improved candidate flow
- Partner with hiring managers to teach best practices in interviewing, determine recommendations and clarify hiring objectives and deliver exceptional customer service for both our internal and external stakeholders
- Leverage assessments to identify both internal and external talent for key openings while using a predictive analytic model to increase the success rate
- Reporting to Head of HRSS - India
- High on integrity, trustworthiness, and collaboration
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically in the deployment of various Talent Acquisition programs
- Excellent communication skills; the ability to build and manage relationships and influence change.
- Should have strong analytics, presentation, and interpersonal skills, negotiation & conflict resolution skills
