Manager - Global Recruitment Operations (Talent Acquisition)
Who We'Re Looking For:
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of team management experience
- The candidate should have a graduate or masters degree from a well-known college with at least 6-9 years of relevant work experience in an HR Operations or recruitment role
- The ideal candidate should be process-oriented and have an analytical approach with an affinity for data and MS Excel
- Candidate should have exceptional communication skills and good attention to detail
- The candidate should have expertise in project, transition, and workflow management. Their skills should include overseeing complete project cycles, facilitating seamless phase transitions, and devising efficient workflow strategies while collaborating with stakeholders across different locations
- Candidate should be comfortable travelling across our Hyderabad/Gurugram/Bengaluru offices
- The candidate should have a demonstrated level of comfort working in a dynamic environment
