- Oversee complete operation of key RPO clients ensuring delivery efficiency as per SLAs

- Create effective talent acquisition solutions for large clients along with sales team.

- Train the team on effective project management, MIS /data analytics and escalation management. Bring in best practices to create the edge.

- Manage operational escalations to ensure client satisfaction.

- Meet key clients for supervising operations and relationship building.

- Create pipeline for quick hiring of recruiters for new projects.
