Role Overview: The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring effective talent acquisition and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.

- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

- Maintain candidate records and generate recruitment reports.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3+ years of recruitment experience in manufacturing/semiconductor/defense/emerging technologies.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Preference:

- HR or Recruitment certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).

- Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding.
