Manager - Recruitment/Leadership Hiring - Hospitality & Food Service

- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand their talent needs and long-term business strategies.

- Lead executive-level searches for roles such as CEO, CFO, CTO, and other high-level positions.

- Identify potential candidates through executive networks, industry research, and other sourcing methods.

- Manage relationships with executive search firms when necessary.

- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, evaluating their qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the company's values.

- Ensure a rigorous and objective interview and selection process for C-Level candidates.

- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and executive professionals.
