Manager - Recruitment/Leadership Hiring - BPO

Location : Bangalore or Hyderabad

Level : Manager

CTC Range - 15 to 17.5lacs (incl variable of 1.5lacs)

Job Profile:

In this role the candidate will manage the Leadership hiring & Stake Holders at GM & above level.

Prior experience in working in a BPO domain environment is mandatory.

We are open to looking at Consulting firms who has been a part of an Executive Search firm.

Will mostly be an Individual contributor who will provide an excellent interview experience to the candidate at Sr Level.

Full time MBA is Mandatory.

Years of Experience : 7 to 8 years upwards

The role reports to an Associate Director
