As a Recruitment Manager with Prione, you will be responsible for recruitment function.You are required to experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. The candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of talent acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. Campus hiring would be one of the key responsibilities as a part of the role (Tier 1 B school campus recruitment)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ability to have strong business focus and commitment to continuous improvement; proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.

- Manage a team of Recruiters, Associate recruiter and Recruitment Coordinators.

- Hire and develop the best talent in the recruiting team, provide clear expectations to achieve our high performance goals. Coach, motivate and rewarding them.

- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the market, candidate relationship management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.

- Monitor progress and manage escalations from internal/external stakeholders.

- Ensure implementation of Prione guidelines and standard SOPs

- Achieve targeted productivity levels/SLAs for the team.

Excellent negotiation skills :

- Ability to prioritize their time and demonstrate push back, sense of urgency and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.

- Manage health of the business by reviewing key metrics as well as HR reports and represent recruitment function to broader audience.

- Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.

- Building Recruitment processes from scratch.

- Build rapport with Campus placement cells and student bodies across top B Schools

- Building tools & systems to streamline and increase efficiency in hiring.

- Ability to work under ambiguity and involve innovative and simple ways to proactively meet business requirement.

- Responsible for brand building, campus tie up.

- Proactively assessing and making the right hiring decision.

Essential & Desirable Criteria :

- Minimum 7-10 yrs of experience in results-oriented environment is essential.

- MBA is essential

- Minimum 3 yrs of experience in managing a team size of 4-5 recruiters/ executives

- Experience building, coaching and managing a recruiting team

- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Campus Recruitment

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is essential

- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential
