Recruitment Manager


Our client is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager who can implement Recruitment plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.

Reporting to the "Head HR of India" the candidate must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, and managing multiple priorities also should possess the ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance or supervision

Qualification:

- Master's degree in Human Resource Management

- 8+ years of HR experience with 3+ years in a managerial level

- Strong recruitment experience

- Proven skills in HR operations, and understanding of the role and functions of a human resource office within a corporate operations structure.

- Ability to analyze organization and individual needs

- Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions, and practice, performance appraisal systems, and career development.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Develop and implement appropriate communication processes and interventions on an ongoing basis supporting the business.

- Acts as a catalyst for sustained business performance and ensures that HR strategies and plans are translated to tangible results.

- Having a hands-on understanding of the recruitment procedures and implementing them with consistency.

- Responsible for onboarding and partnering with the recruitment team in hiring based on business forecasts.

- Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, including- analyzing Exit interviews, observing trends and highlighting important aspects, and preparing and publishing dashboards.
