Job Profile:

- End to End recruitment starting from sourcing appropriate resumes till getting candidates on board.

- Sourcing candidates through networking, Job-sites, referral, headhunting and innovation sourcing solutions.

- Short listing resumes, screening candidates.

- Preparing various MIS reports deemed fit for recruitment. Maintaining MIS for Recruitment

- Screening of Resume according to given Job descriptions & discuss with Hiring manager/ Delivery manager, Expertise in managing IT specific Recruitments for full time job roles, strategic thinking, smooth and timely delivery of resources, Mapping skill sets with the Market Intelligence for the companies and to source the required profiles.

- Coordinating with tech panels for technical evaluation and feedback.

- Verifying the documents as per the information given by the candidates and checking the references

- Posting Data in the system, Preparing Offer Letters, Taking care of Joining and compensation break-ups.
