Role: IT Recruitment Manager - Chennai

Reports into: VP Recruitment

MAX CTC: 15 - 18 lpa

Preferred Candidates - From Banking Captives or Well known Product Firms

Responsible for IT recruitment for Chennai center.

Would manage a team of 4 experienced resources

- The candidate needs to have 10+ years of IT recruitment experience

- Good understanding of IT skills and their market mapping & compensation indices

- Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process

- Strong stakeholder management skills and understands working in a matrixed organisation

- Data and metric driven manager

- Ability to individually deliver senior leadership recruitments

- Responsible for creating MIS and dashboards

- Responsible for CoA and hiring channel metric

- Great team manager and builder

- Should have excellent communication skills
