Objectives for this role will include driving program and process improvements, streamlining recruiting operations, identifying new opportunities and leading projects to enhance the services and tools provided to our recruiters, candidates and hiring managers. Position will report directly to Sr Manager, Human Resources.

Responsibilities will include :

- Leading a recruiting services team for IT Applications within IT services across multiple verticals for small to medium businesses, with overall responsibility for operational excellence in recruiting systems, employer branding, events, talent supply chain and recruiting operations hire and develop a strong team at all levels, define a big picture strategy that will meet the current and future needs of the organization

- Facilitates and monitors recruitment process to ensure the selection of top quality candidates.

- Uses brand right employment principals and values and create a productive workforce.

- Responsible for assuring recruiting is accomplished according to business requirements and goals and in compliance with rules and regulations.

- Facilitates final selection decisions with hiring managers and senior leaders for key leadership positions

- Driving the performance of our recruiting programs - set high standards for performance, track delivery against program objectives and implement proposals to improve program services and efficiencies

Qualifications :

To be successful, candidate will leverage experience leading a recruiting team and managing recruiting :

- Experience building and managing a successful recruiting team and employment branding efforts in a fast paced corporate environment

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers as well as setting and managing expectations

- Demonstrated background leveraging technology to scale programs and improve efficiencies

- Candidate should have 10 years of overall Recruiting Experience
