- The Manager Recruitment will be responsible for all recruitment functions (Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling and Onboarding) ensuring that we attract world-class talent

- A flexible and exceptionally collaborative approach with team is essential. The incumbent will handle a team of 4 members. This position would be based in Bangalore and would report into the Director Recruitment

- Education: MBA /BE

- Work Exp: 8 -12 years of proven experience in IT Services industry.

- Ability to apply creative and innovative ideas.

- Ability to work in fast paced environment with minimal supervision.

- Ability to guide and motivate his/her team to perform at a very high level.

- Attention to detail and excellent follow up and follow through.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Build a strong understanding of the organizations business objectives and organizational structure

- Having deep expertise in performing Resource Planning. Work with Engineering heads to understand the technical job descriptions, and propose a monthly / quarterly resource onboarding plan

- Developing Sourcing Strategy, by identifying the most effective sourcing channels like consulting agencies, job portals, employee referrals, social networking, head hunting etc.

- Manage and Own the end-to-end Recruitment Process flow starting from new indent creation to sourcing to onboarding.

- Manage recruitment and resume database and ensure it always reflects the latest status

- Perform HR screening to ensure candidate fitment into company culture

- Be a brand ambassador  and showcase the ability to attract new talent.

- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment updates to senior management

- Hands on experience in Recruitment tools, like, Jobvite, Taleo, Success Factors etc

- Collaborate with various stakeholders and departments to ensure smooth functioning of recruitment function

- Define KPIs for the recruitment team, and provide mentoring / coaching to meet the defined targets

- Ability to handle hiring spikes with ease, and show consistent increase in hiring numbers month on month
