Responsibilities :
- Leadership level hiring
- Lead the Background verification process
- Lead Vendor management and monitor their performance periodically
- Process improvement and implement best practices in Recruitment function
- Accountable for end to end recruitment process for 3 business units namely Data analytics, PGM and PDM.
- Work with business stakeholders to forecast headcount and ensure cost-effective measures of manpower planning.
- Publish recruitment reports, metrics and dashboards periodically
Desired Candidate Profile :
Skills/Experience :
- Work experience of 8 -10 years in Human Resources
- Proven relationship building and candidate sourcing skills through social media, job portals etc.
- Worked on HR projects and process improvement assignments in the past along with recruitment experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and persuasive skills
- Familiar with working in a fast paced, performance driven environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and is solution driven
- Proficient in usage of MS Office tools
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Educational requirements:
- Full time Graduate with an MBA in Human Resources with a good academic track record.
