Job Description :
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Demonstrated experience of handling new age hiring (technical, future skills e.g., digital, cyber security, AI, etc)
- Working knowledge of tech interventions in recruitment (e.g., Applicant Tracking System, AI/ automation for profile scanning)
- Demonstrated extensive hiring in the space of digital/technical leadership
- Proactively create a talent pool for critical roles
- Worked with consultants/third party vendors
- Working experience with global clients / stakeholders will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in a growth environment
- 8-10 years of technical and non-technical /technical recruiting experience with proven success in delivering results in a demanding fast-growing environment
- Ability to build deep domain expertise, understanding of business strategy and drive innovation
- Proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships at different organisational levels
- Resilient and able to manage challenge and resistance
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Results/outcomes oriented, business value focused
- Confident and able to work in high-ambiguity work environment
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills
