Recruitment Manager-Leading IT Company
Experience Required-6-10 years
Overall purpose :
Devise and implement local and vital strategic recruitment programs to hire quality candidates
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement plans to attract the best talent from the market at optimum cost from Leadership to Campus hiring
- Source, screen, interview and refer qualified applicants to the business manager for a follow up interview
- Maintain recruiting applicant tracking system
- Identify and select candidates through resume review process.
- Interact with all Business leaders and other stake holders and work closely to understand their talent requirement
- Record, update and analyze all recruiting data.
- Stay informed of the new recruitment techniques and sources in order to make recommendations for change in order to increase/improve the candidate pool.
- Develop business knowledge necessary to properly position the opportunity with candidates.
- Build relationships across the business to understand success criteria for each open role.
Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement :
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition & best practices in the domain
- Strong technical hiring skills including knowledge on IT Product and services to be able to source the best Talent
- Ability to analyze data and recommend strategy basis the same
- Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
Candidates with past experience with IT Companies preffered
