- Person would be responsible for only technology hiring for Domestic market.
- Leadership level hiring within India.
- Successfully implemented centralized all HR system.
- Kick started the resource management and quick hiring by setting us proper hiring process.
- Interview process redesign with implementation of proper HR policies for recognition
- Creating Recruitment sourcing strategies as per need of hour and Line of Business needs
- Discussing and deciding various methods to attract best talent.
- Ensure to have right mix of sourcing channels which also includes bringing right vender on panel for global hiring.
- Ensure good relations ship and communication with stakeholders and departments for smooth delivery and operations.
- Pre-screening resumes and utilizing recruitment tools and systems to track all candidate information and ensuring compliance
- Making strategy with the team to achieve the targeted hiring.
- Allocate open positions to team members according to their specialization.
- Ensuring QUALITY checks and High Quality standards by Strong Screening process to meet expectations of business with respect to quality
- Keeping a vigil check on adherence of designed process
- Ensure timely identifying bottleneck and get them resolved.
- Supervise Post offer follow-up status and ensure management and different departments are informed on periodically basis.
- Responsible for MIS and reporting
- Identify the need of 3rd party vendors globally for sourcing.
- Tracing the best strategic vendors available in the market as per requirement.
- Discussion and negotiation with the vendor for the costing and other terms conditions.
